Example:  When a blockbuster depression treatment was approaching its loss of exclusivity, the immediate challenge was to sustain revenue and avoid significant losses and layoffs. 

I made the bold recommendation to shift a majority of the marketing spend to a newly approved pain indication, based on data showing the original indication was less promotionally sensitive. 

This strategic pivot, combined with a highly-effective new campaign, drove remarkable results. The brand delivered a 3:1 return on investment, exceeded its business plan by 7% in topline growth, and achieved five straight months of record-breaking revenue, successfully optimizing profitability in its final months.
